Return Policy

We aim to offer a smooth shopping experience for our buyers and this includes our returns process!

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged.  Please notify us if you have received a defective or damaged products as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days.

Please note that Toy Box City does NOT accept returns on personalized items, unless damaged or defective. 

Please retain all original packing and shipping materials, including the damaged part or product. You may be required to send photos of the damaged product, the external and internal packaging. The carrier will reserve the right to inspect any reported damages.
Upon receipt of goods, please inspect your purchase. In the event of damage, immediately contact us at customerservice@toyboxcity.com. To quickly process damage claims, please include photos and any other evidence of damage.
 

Exchanges

If you received a faulty or incomplete item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us on customerservice@toyboxcity.com to request a replacement.

Non-Defective Returns

We accept returns for non-defective items on a case-by-case basis . We will apply a 20% restocking fee for any returns for non-defective items. Please contact us at: customerservice@toyboxcity.com to request an evaluation for your return.
