Shipping Policy
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
- Shipping Charges & Times
Shipping is Based on Product Weight and Location of Buyer.
Shipping can take anywhere between 6-25 days based on availability and destination. It also takes time to custom build the box.
Shipping within the U.S.A usually takes 5-10 days.
Shipping outside of the U.S.A, (Canada & U.K), usually takes 15-25 days.
Shipping is not free for Canada & U.K and will be charged accordingly based on postal estimates.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Due to the customized nature of each toy box, please double check the spelling of the name to be placed on Toy box and all customizable options, (color of name, font type, etc). Toy Boxes already shipped cannot be returned due to this.
